Why I Built This Coaching For You

Through my own trial and error in my own fitness journey and really taking account of what the fitness industry is promising as a whole, I knew there had to be a better way.

Since starting Strong Jon Fitness, the mission has always been to help you improve your relationship with food, get stronger and shed unwanted body fat without worrying about supplements or restrictive and extreme diets.

The key to the body, health, and fitness levels you want are not an impossible ask. You are worthy of the results you desire, you just haven’t found that approach that worked for you yet.
